Submitting for the Juneteenth event: A performing art work that transitions into an installation after filming.
(not for the Culture Power Hour Extended)
I am working on a new piece, “Trapped in Pity and Compassion”. I am filming at The Fruit, this April and this event was brought to my attention. Although this work will first release at the end of May as a film. The second phase of the work has been designed to be an installation. The installation will include the film set, oversize photographers of the work and projected on a wall an excerpt of the film that will loop.
I’ve included my social media information above. It would be great to talk to a representative about the event. Hope to hear from you soon.
